Starter: Dalmatian smoked ham -with melon, ajvar and olives
Main course: Veal medallions – with gourmet sauce and stuffed potatoes vegetables of the season
Dessert: Flambéed pancakes – in pear liquor with vanilla ice cream

Menu B

Starters: Cold fish plate – three kinds of fish with fresh herbs
Main courses: Tenderloin “Hercegovina” – tenderloin stuffed with air dried ham and gouda cheese. Served with mushroom, mash potatoes, broccoli, green beans a grilled tomato
Dessert: Sorbet – with fresh fruit and homemade raspberry sauce

Starters: Salmon pâté with our Head chef’s own dressing
Luxury shrimp-cocktail with caviar in cantaloupe melon
Lobster soup
The house’s shellfish salad: Crab, mussels, shrimp and octopus

Main courses: Hercegovina’s spit-roasted lamb with fried potatoes, spring onions and tomatoes
Game roasted veal with cowberries and Waldorf salad
Fish of the day with wild rice and sauce of dill or white wine
Turkey stuffed with spinach, feta cheese and mushrooms served with pasta in sauce Dalmatia
Whole roasted sirloin with stock of red wine and summer vegetables

Desserts: Chocolate-almond cake with orange sorbet and fresh fruit
Vanilla ice cream with fresh fruit and raspberry sauce
Ice cream- or chocolate layer cake

The price for a 3-course menu is DKK 399,- pr. person

Beyond the mentioned menus it is of course possible to compose a menu by own choice.
